1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination, courier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

4. Shipping Fees

- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details
- Failed deliveries due to address errors
- Additional shipping charges resulting from returned or re-routed packages
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier. While we will do our best to assist, BioHarmony is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, local delivery disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you review the shipment status with the carrier.
For packages marked as delivered:
- Please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your delivery location
- Please contact the carrier directly for proof of delivery or delivery investigation
We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping label, if applicable
We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
10. Split Shipments
In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse logistics, or package size restrictions.
If your order is split into separate shipments, you will be notified accordingly, and tracking details may be provided for each shipment where available.
11. Delivery Refusal or Failed Delivery
If a package is refused by the recipient or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, failure to claim the package, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier.
In such cases:
- Original shipping charges may not be refunded
- Return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund
- If the package is destroyed or abandoned by the carrier or customs, no refund may be available
12. Supplements and Shipping Restrictions
Certain supplement products may be subject to import restrictions or regulations in some countries or regions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered products are permitted for import into the destination country.
BioHarmony is not responsible for:
- Orders delayed, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs
- Regulatory restrictions in the destination country
- Any losses resulting from non-compliance with local import laws
