Lycopene & Saw Palmetto Capsules

Since I saw it had the addition of Lycopene I jumped at the chance to acquire these. Standard size gelatin capsule with the dosage of Saw Palmetto I’m used to along with the Lycopene to support healthy Urinary and Prostate health for a 2 month supply it is comparative in Value(about $15 a month) with many others we come across. It’s USA made and supported and that’s a check mark for me. I will keep my eye on BioHarmony and see what other supplements they might have.

I’ve been taking BioHarmony Lycopene & Saw Palmetto for a little while now and I’m really happy with it so far. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any weird aftertaste. My boyfriend likes to take saw palmetto supplements daily, as he is getting up there in years and wants to stay as healthy as possible. It is easy for him to take this daily in the morning with the rest of his supplements. He has noticed no side effects at all since beginning. There is no scent and no taste. Saw palmetto is supposed to be very effective in preventative prostate health. Since he takes it in the morning, it has had no effect on his sleep quality. It is a good value for the money and something any 40+ man should consider.

I picked up these saw palmetto supplements mainly for the added peace of mind when it comes to prostate and urinary health support. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and have a nice gold color that makes them easy to identify in my supplement organizer.

This saw palmetto supplement seems good. It contains a good dose of saw palmetto and lycopene for prostate and urinary health support. The suggested use is to take 1 capsule daily. First off, I’m actually a woman, but have looked into the benefits of saw palmetto, especially for hormonal balance. I have hypothyroidism, but it’s just beginning to show up on my lab tests, so my Dr. doesn’t feel confident enough to prescribe hormonal therapy just yet… Huge bummer, as I’m still dealing with the crappy impacts to well-being despite the prognosis. Anything that claims to help with something that has become such an issue on a daily basis is good enough to try. These seem to be improving my labido, my overall sense of calm in stressful situations, and has helped a lot with night sweats! The temperature disregulation is one of the WORST things to deal with, especially when trying to sleep, so that’s been good enough of a reason to continue taking alone. Great stuff.

I started taking this mainly for bladder support and urinary frequency, but so far, I have not noticed much of a difference yet. It still feels pretty early.

Seems like a pretty legit company but keep in mind that it says it is in made in the USA but the company is not a US company. It is pretty transparent about this. It lists its address as Hong Kong. The parent company is Harmony Natural Health Co. Limited. As with all online supplements, do your research on the company and make sure you are comfortable with the product and the company!

I am eager to see whether this can help boost prostate health. I read studies, saying that saw palmetto might not have actual effect, but lycopene can be very effective. I have been consuming tomatoes quite a bit in the last a few years, this provide an easier format for consumption.

This BioHarmony Saw Palmetto formula seems to be a standard quality formula. The ingredients are clean and simple. The herb itself when you open the capsule has a somewhat fresh smell and potency. The capsules are medium standard sized and easy to swallow. I haven't used it enough to speak on if I derived benefits from its use. But it seems to be a decent formula. My only gripe is that I had to wait until I received the product in oder to know what ingredients are included. Even on the company's site, a list of ingredients are omitted, which is sort of a red flag. Once I received the bottle and read the ingredients, I discovered that the capsules are made of gelatin. Therefore this product is not vegan or vegetarian. Also, I'm not sure if the product justifies the listed products. But, it might be worth a try.

A good mix of Saw Palmetto and Licopene to support men's health typically for prostrate health. Saw Palmetto has been around and used for prostrate issues for many years so it's no wonder it is easily recognized for that use in men. I currently don't have any issues but I think it's better to test the various supplements early to either try to prevent and issue, or to have the knowledge on what works best when the time comes. These capsules look like gold so at first glance they make you wonder why, but after you get past that surprise I opened one and checked out the brown powder inside. It had a faint smell but that is likely how saw palmetto smells. I live in Florida and we have saw palmetto growing in out back yard so if I get desperate I can source my own (jk). I did do some research and although the product states it's made in the USA the main company is in Hong Kong and the website is pretty informative and they sell many other supplements too. As far as the Licopene in the supplement that is also known to be good for prostrate health and you can get that from eating tomatoes. But it's easier to take the supplement so I recommend it for any guys that may have an issue, or want to maybe prevent one.

This seems to be more of a preventative supplement though it does seem to improve some aspects of the urinary tract but like some supplements its really hard to say about its effectiveness . Lycopene & Saw Palmetto the 2 main ingredients is defined as "Lycopene is a powerful red carotenoid antioxidant found primarily in tomatoes, watermelon, and pink grapefruit that protects cells from damage" & "Saw palmetto is a small, slow-growing palm native to the southeastern U.S. used primarily as a dietary supplement for prostate health and hair loss".

There is somewhat a taste but in my opinion nothing to harsh or bitter it is very manageable and easy to swallow capsule.

Sleep Quality issues maybe somewhat improved.

Side effects I am not sure since I did have some minor stomach issues such as queasiness but I cant say for sure if this was the cause.

Finally Value for the Money at current pricing roughly as of writing this review is $30 for 1 bottle/60 capsules at which by directions is taken 1 capsule once daily and unless you grow your own fruits that contain Lycopene this does come out a bit cheaper and less filling than buying lets say roughly 2 to 5 tomatoes or 1.5 watermelon wedges eaten on a daily basis
