Good combination of probiotics for vaginal health and some (bifidobacterium infantis and longun) for gut health .
Dose (4.3 billion ) is moderate, not super high but enough to be useful without causing bloating.
Pomegranates extract is a nice (not sure if necessary) addition .
Possible downside - no guaranteed CFU through expiration listed. Contains sorbitol which could cause gas and bloating but I had no issues with it.
