Red Pomegranate & Probiotics Tablets

I’ve been taking these daily for a while now, with no negative side effects.
The pill is pretty small and easy to swallow . You do need to take 2 pills for a whole dose.
Good combination of probiotics for vaginal health and some (bifidobacterium infantis and longun) for gut health .
Dose (4.3 billion ) is moderate, not super high but enough to be useful without causing bloating.
Pomegranates extract is a nice (not sure if necessary) addition .
Possible downside - no guaranteed CFU through expiration listed. Contains sorbitol which could cause gas and bloating but I had no issues with it.

If you are concerned about gut health and vaginal health, this supplement is for you. They are effective, with safe ingredients and no taste. I can tell the difference in my digestion issues as I use these. I’ve experienced no side effects.

The bottle arrived without any shrink wrap around the cap but there was a seal on the lip of the bottle. This product is made in the USA.
