I was pleased to see these are made in New Zealand using Norwegian fish oil. Very effective ratios. D3, astaxanthin, and omega 3 epa + dha. The pill size is not small but not gigantic. A good medium size. I have included a golf pencil for scale. I didn't taste anything swallowing the pill and did not have anything return. They are very easy to use packed in blister packs that you press out. With the ratios present and the quality ingredients I think it's a good value for the money especially right now I can see there's a coupon. The vitamin D and astaxanthin seem to help with energy you can feel and the omegas to nourish.
